I got hired the same day I was interviewed. I went to the Open House, and I took a typing test. After they got my results, another guy callled me in for the interview. We just went over my resume, and he asked me questions. When he was done, I got on the phone to get my employee ID number. After that, I took my drug test and was given my schedule. I started work the following Tuesday. I worked out in the Hobart IN location. There, you get hired the same day you interview, unless you’re just terrible. Lol

The company should recognize doctor's notice as an approved call off. I have never seen where a statement from the hospital is not accepted, and you are given a point for calling off sick. They should hold true to their commitments. Give the employees their tenure on time. When a complaint is made, follow up, and keep it confidential. The information should never be repeated to uninvolved parties. When it comes to hiring, look for quality over quantity. No employee should fear for their lives because the person sitting next them shows obvious characteristic's of a crazy person. The supervisors are very lazy and untrained, they never received their TOPS training or any other training. You are promoted off of who you know, oppose to what you know. I've seen excellent supervisors go rouge due to the companies lack of...... the management needs to be more structure; Corporate Management should do more routine visits, UNANNOUNCED! The company is not all bad, but the things that are bad seriously out weighs the good, and makes a very stressful work environment.

Casual. Jeans with no tares in them. T-shirts without anything offensive on them. Leggings were fine as long as they were work appropriate, no flip flops and no pajamas.
