Provide daily resolutions to customer requests/inquiries.
-Provide daily resolutions to customer requests/inquiries i.e. password resets, user id issues via phone or email correspondence.
-Maintain a high level of customer support through teamwork and communication of technical/procedural issues. Provide and resolve a wide range of application, hardware, configuration and other technical issues.
-Accurately and efficiently log end-user data into company custom database, SDE system. Assist in managing time-sensitive special projects assigned by supervisor.
-Maintain a high degree of proficiency in the features, functions, and uses of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Windows XP, and Windows 7 as well as other applications.
