When initially interviewed the position sounded relatively promising as a IT help desk. They spoke of numerous tools that would be used, software, and IT related troubleshooting. However, this felt like a bait-and-switch as it was for an incredibly high-stress 24/7 call center. The management was absolutely toxic and, at times, verbally abusive to employees.
Highly stressful, learn-as-you-go environment. Quick to write up over small issues.
