The working hours were good in training, but after that it became ridiculous. Our team was asked to go home on October 16, 2017 and told we would be paid PTO until licensing was complete. TODAY I get paid hoping to have enough to cover my rent for this month and my check is $96.00...I called and was advised I could not use PTO because I was not there 90 days as of yet. BUT when I and the others were requested to stay home until the license that we all studied and PASSED the State Exam for, we all were told we would be able to use our PTO time.... I wonder is there anything that I can do about this ...

Too stressful. I was judged (in part) on how well phone agents performed but I wasn't given any concrete ways to improve their performance, and there were no incentives I could offer. Metrics were often calculated based on last month's data being compared to this month's demands, etc.
