It depends if it shows up most things don't show up after 10 years depending on how extensive the background check is but if it does just show up just let hr know the situation and if there hasn't been any thing on your record since then it can be overlooked. For 8.50 a hour the conviction since disposed should be over looked this isn't a state or government position and their hiring requirements definitely aren't that strict.
