The job has its ups and downs for sure, it has good benefits and decent competitive pay for just sitting down inside all day. downside is you are sitting talking to so many people up to 80+ calls a day. The top 50 percent do bonus which is nice but if you miss more than one day in that month you lose the bonus entirely.
Good pay, they try to do things for there employees, good benefits, overtime if wanted
