I was working with TeleTech on the best buy account, it was horrible. No discounts, little pay, dancing in moral gray areas. A lot of trouble and stress because of customer issues.

Its a good company but training is mandatory 100 % or you don't move on to production. Team leads expect you to be open and available and when they need you no matter what your availability is
