Typical day: work from home; call volume high; calls back to back most days.
What I learned: how the company works and their high standards for their customer service agents
Management: Team leads are switched around fairly regular.
Work Place culture: Standards are strictly enforced.
The hardest part of the job was/is back to back calls that gives you little time to make sure everything is documented. Rules were changed sometimes without proper notice.
The most enjoyable part of the job: working from home.

Working there means having no work life balance. You live with your computer which becomes an appendage. The values that management spent so much money to create was a waste of time, because those values were never executed from the executive office and it was only meant for the lower level employees.
