Not good
Account Executive (Current Employee) –  Arlington, TXJune 14, 2016
Not a good environment, not good management, unrealistic metrics, employees treated unfairly- some reps have tons of inbound leads while other try to find some through enormous database of cold leads.
Pros
You have a job
Cons
Unfairness, Revolving door of reps, Not based on ability to sell but how many leads you luck up and get.

It's an unhealthy environment
Sales  (Former Employee) –  Garden Grove, CAMay 4, 2013
Really nothing good about Teletrac. The equipment is unreliable it becomes very hard to work for a company that has horrible equipment and service. The upper management focuses on getting through the day rather then fixing all the bugs the tracking software has, and GPS units issues. The managements morality is very low, no respect for the employees. Go to other review sites and you will see the damage Teletrac has done. Please be smart look at BBB do your homework before working or purchasing equipment from them. If you wok for Teletrac 95% of the tools they have is proprietary everything you learn will go down the drain anyways.
Pros
Nothing good just work.
Cons
Worst GPS Product and Management Hands Down!

It's not the sam anymore
Senior Software Engineer (Former Employee) –  Garden Grove, CAAugust 8, 2012
Under new management, they don't know what they want. They just play around to find a fit. After 3 years, they still couldn't figure out how to fit!!!!
After massive laid off in 2008 & outsource to India, the employee morals is down the hill. The new team is not interest of the company anymore; they just for themselves.
Cons
benefit is getting worse & worse every year.
