Management at Televerde is always ready to provide opportunities to advance and provided the resources necessary to sharpen your skill set and note your abilities and accomplishments. Whatever your skill set, Televerde always provided the opportunity to challenge your abilities and this places you at the threshold diversifying and enriching your marketability as an employee. At Televerde, I learned the intricacies of day to day business operations and management, and the importance and value of an employee. My co-workers were hard workers and they were good at their assigned tasks. The hardest part of the job is when the phone wasn't as busy, normally I used this time to learn more about the business objectives and shared that information with the team. The most enjoyable part of the job was registering clients for events they were interested in participating, or helping a client find a resolution to their problem.
