My co-workers were hard workers and they were good at their assigned tasks. The hardest part of the job is when the phone wasn't as busy, normally I used this time to learn more about the business objectives and shared that information with the team. The most enjoyable part of the job was registering clients for events they were interested in participating, or helping a client find a resolution to their problem. – less

As a teleservices representative I came to Televerde as an entry level employee. I had no prior knowledge to the inner workings of technology. I was placed on a campaign for – more... a HUGE and Successful internet and intranet security company. I took class after class while working 8-10 hour days for my clients and soon was recognized by our CEO and Call Center director for production and attention to customer relations and Vendors. The client procured another security company and it was our responsibility to help stream line to merge and contact all current clients. The job itself was challenging and that to me is satisfying. My managers and directors were very accessible and attentive. I received quarterly reviews and soon learned that I Rock. I recommend this company for any IT outsourcing projects based solely on the education that the employees must complete before each campaign. – less
