Like rats on a sinking ship: get out while you can
Linux Administrator (Former Employee) –  San Francisco, CAOctober 27, 2016
This company is morally and ethically bankrupt in every way. From the basic product that they produce (and the way they make money) to the lack of benefits to the terrible management.

You don't want to work here, and you shouldn't.

Great Company
Account Manager (Current Employee) –  San Francisco, CAOctober 18, 2016
Company believes in placing customers first. Leader in correctional communications and technology. Never boring. Each day is something new to take on.

Not a very professional environment
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Ontario, ORJuly 26, 2016
Telmate is a high stress environment, it is permitable to have a customer talk to you in a disrespectful manner. Management promoted individuals based on whether they were good friends or not. Favortism is the way to get promoted within not stats or skills.
Pros
good pay, free lunches once a month.
