Pros: free kcups and snacks, free pizza on mondays.
Cons: bad management, poor training, cramped working conditions
The salary and "culture" were enough to draw me in. During your interview, you will be told all about their new employee orientation. New employees get wined and dined for one week at company headquarters in Southern California and will undergo day-long training seminars. Sounded great to me! I quickly discovered that it was a sink or swim environment. Manager was not only inexperienced at dealing with different personalities but was highly unprofessional, rude and immature with her use of language in and out of meetings. If you want to maintain a sense of sanity and have a decent work/life balance, look elsewhere.
