Management, higher level needs to stop being spiteful, treat all employees with respect and get some people skills, so some of us are not targeted as DNR because they did not like getting an email asking for answers after a job given was taken away. I had full support from the unit who insisted I get answers. Instead I was treated worse than a dog.
To show all employees that they are welcome, and just important as the patients we care for to make a hospital better
