Suffers from size
Global Trainee/Analyst (Current Employee), Blytheville, AR –
Pros: advancement opportunity
Cons: rigid payscale, bonuses and raises are insulting
Tenaris suffers many of the same flaws of worldwide organizations of this size. They lose the human element, and common sense in favor of systems of management that don't fit the surroundings. Top management speaks English as a second or third language, and communication is difficult at best. Turnover is very high at all levels of the organization.
