Tender Lawn Care has established itself as a business that provides excellence and has steadily grown since it’s establishment.
TLC presently employs two full time persons:
Bill Reardon : Brings a vast wealth of practical experience. He had his own owner/operator woods business for many years. He and his wife, Linda, raised 4 boys of their – more... own and so Bill knows how to get the most out of young men and women who work for TLC on a seasonal basis. Bill’s position is “Manager – Lawn Mowing & Landscaping”.
Mike Dube: Joined TLC full time in September, 2004 and received his business degree from the University of Maine in January, 2005. Mike has field experience in lawn care and landscaping and his position at TLC is "General Manager". He is a valuable asset to the business and has a bright future.
Tender Lawn Care is growing because of it’s good reputation and through networking in the area. Sales are made primarily through “word of mouth” referrals and by an aggressive direct approach toward potential new Customers. The approach usually involves asking to compete for their business and at least sending them an “introductive” package for their files and possible future reference.
