A typical day,as always ,begins with going over the log book.any problems over night will be addressed. work orders will be generated
and rounds will beconducted. And the day begins.
I always try to support my team members. I make myself available
to them. I get them what they will need to do the job,and check on
their progress.The hardest part is when you have to correct a wrong.
However, the most enjoyable part is when that same tech,that had
the problem, comes and thanks you for treating him with respect.
I am still in communication with them all.
