Install, troubleshoot, support, and maintain 120 desktop computers, 86 laptops, 66 network/personal printers, and 28 miscellaneous assets within THEC’s network. Fulfill the desktop support needs of all 133 THEC employees both local and remote users statewide. Research and maintain service manuals for all assets. Extremely knowledgeable of the State of Tennessee Standards, Practices, and Principles of IT. Built, imaged, upgraded, and replaced 206 desktop and laptop computer for Windows 7 rollout in a timely manner. Coordinate with the Office of Information Resource for elevated support of resources.
