This company will keep you until you are over 50 years old and make a half decent salary and then terminate you and say it is the economy. Management does not know how to manage and follow through if any problems arise. Things never change.

Requires multi-tasking. Must be able to balance and switch quickly between tasks.

This company will hire you and work you until you can't give any more then they will discard you. They want you to work 50 hours a week and only pay you for 40. You are expected to pay your own travel expenses and then get reimbursed. If you need training, you pay it too.

Terracon has no family values... If you have a family you must travel for 30 hours a week after 6 years with the company but if you have a band and a dog and have been employed for 10 months you can stay home and work 60 hours. I actually enjoyed working for Terracon but they don't want to keep techs after 5 years because they don't want to compensate – more...  upper level techs so they cut hours to get you to quit... 3 out of 6 techs were forced to get second jobs in CoMo and we were senior level techs. This was a rewarding place to work for a while. They ask for things you cant do and make you tell them you cant be available then fire you. Gay!

Terracon will advertise for managerial positions where there are no positions. They do this to find quality candidates.
