TSH is an in-patient psychiatric hospital owned and operated by the State of Texas. Being founded in 1885, the 300 plus patient hospital is undoubtedly the oldest structure within Terrell. The Rummage Room Sale is located just inside the main entrance with ample parking and visible signage.
Opening promptly at 8:30 a.m. and closing early at 3:30 p.m., – more... shoppers line up before the doors open and continue arriving throughout the day. The public is welcome, and invited to browse, and encouraged to spend a little money to help the many patients living within Terrell State Hospital.
