Intake Specialist (Former Employee), Phoenix, AZMarch 2, 2014
Pros: i enjoyed our company picnics and holiday celebrations
Cons: having a high turn over rate with staff
The clinic was always booked for the day with patients coming in for intakes, psych evals and med refills. It was always busy but it was steady since we had to control the flow of patients we could see in a day. I worked well with my co workers, we would always help each other out if we were falling behind. The most difficult part of my job was having – more... to call patients to tell them we had to cancell or reschedule the up coming appointment because we would not have a provider available. – less

crisis intervention specialist (Former Employee), Mobile crisis downtown PhoenixMay 15, 2013
Pros: never a dull moment
Cons: high intensity if you are looking for a relaxing day.
I loved every minute that I worked a tear us as a member of the mobile crisis team. I receive regular supervision that was supportive and conducive to gaining knowledge that would help me on future crisis calls. I would recommend this to anyone looking to gain experience in social work.

Employees taken for granted.
Bht (Current Employee), ClpMay 11, 2013
Pros: bonuses occasionally
Cons: employee evaluations are skewed to limit pay increases.
Management in the clp/ilp is subpar. The director uses policy as she sees fit. She only refers to policy when it suits her and bends the policy to suit write-ups but not to support employees. Managers memory is very bad and seems to forget what is said as when something is challenged by her boss. Thus the responsibility falls on the employee even when – more... the employee has permission to do something. Loyalty and length of service is disregarded. Employees are expected to work with bedbugs and other insects without regard to personal property and not being assured the company will assist if employee takes them to their personal residence. A former employee became sick the manager disregarded and that employee had to pay for tx out of his own pocket. – less

Management blames employees to justify their inadequacy
Bht (Former Employee), ClpMarch 29, 2013
Pros: cts are worth the time.
Cons: management and little pay. no respect.
Director bullies management. Unprofessional listening to your boss be berated by her boss. The abuse trickled down to employees. There is no job security. Most employees are new. No respect for long term staff. Raises are rare but management enjoys getting bonuses from employees work. Productivity is enforced even though they can't keep beds full. Retaliation – more... is a major problem from management and employees. – less

MEDICAL RECORDS SPECIALIST (Former Employee), Mesa, AZJune 21, 2012
Pros: great benefits & coworkers
Cons: too much travel
At Terros I was busy from the moment I go there until the momen I left. I would copy records for other Dr.'s, DES, patients, lawyers, subpoenas, etc., fax patient records for coordination of care, scan paper charts into the EHR, pull & file charts for the Dr.'s. I enojyed my co-workers. The hardest part was the travel to the far west valley when I live – more... in the far SouthEast valley. – less
