The commute to work was a bit far, about a two hour commute.
There was a number of personality conflicts, I managed to steer clear, but in one incident walls and furniture were damaged. Not a conducive work environment for creativity.
40 year old company with entrenched culture and cliques, typically sales driven and controlled in a very old school kind of way. Typically catered to municipalities, but "gifts" were provided which were of questionable ethics.

We assemble custom electrical control panels for water / waste- water pump installations. Management could be better. There is heavy lifting involved. Ilike working with my hands . There are opportunities to be creative. And its nice when a project comes together.
working with hands. they have an esop(employee profit sharing) program.
10 hours (5 days) and saturdays sometimes. pay could be better for production personnel.
