Great if all you want to do is work all the time. Also, if you want to be treated like an animal. No promotions unless your in the "club" Job itself was ok management is something to be desired.

A typical day at work i would go check the schedule for the day and talk with my group crew and lead to make sure we are in the same page. Walk to my work area and gown up according to the s.o.p make sure everything is ready that includes, line clearance, change overs, log books, set ups, and documents. Once everything is ready and documents are verified – more... i start running the vial washer and troubleshot it if any jams occur while operating it. At the end of the run i would finish all the documentation and get everything ready for me to start the classified cleaning that includes walls, floors, stainless steel. Working in this department i learned how to do set-ups, change overs, adjustments, troubleshoot, inventory, classified cleaning, fill out documents, filter solution, and to be responsible staying and finishing tasks on time even when working under pressure and with others. The hardest part of the job for me personally, but also the most enjoyable and rewarding is learning new things and doing it to the best of my ability. – less
