The company runs on "connections" without the consideration for skills. It is a matter of who you keep happy whether it be by bringing donuts to a meeting or kissing butt. They are not direct with their negative input. It all goes up to manager. They appear to be a great company to work for but watch your back! The smiles you see are not the same behind closed doors speaking your name.
There are people in positions of power with no skills to operate efficiently. If you show you have more abilities than them, watch out! If you strive on providing value over being popular then this place should be avoided..
