Claim Analysis Team Lead (Current Employee) – Round Rock, TX – July 13, 2015
First the first 20 years of my employment were with a great company that cared about its team members. After the Health and Education Reform act of 2010 the FFELP industry was terminated which end all new business for the company. The last 6 years of my employment have been very tentative without any room for growth. In the last 6 months a new CEO and COO have taken over and are reducing the workforce.
healthcare, compensation package
no growth in last 6 years, lack of respect for team members
IT Office Manager (Former Employee) – Round Rock, TX – January 21, 2015
Very nice people who genuinely care about their employees. Lots of great employee incentives and social gatherings made this one of the most fun places to work I've ever been employed with. Good benefits - similar to federal benefits - but low pay. Hard to move up within the company as there were few openings other than the call center. Most people liked their jobs and there was not a lot of turnover.
