The company is in a decline with annual layoffs.
SYSTEMS ANALYST III (Former Employee) –  Round Rock, TXOctober 8, 2015
In the last 3 years, there have been layoffs. Business is declining, not a secure place of employment. It used to be a good place to work.

Really nice bunch of people to work with
IT Office Manager (Former Employee) –  Round Rock, TXJanuary 21, 2015
Very nice people who genuinely care about their employees. Lots of great employee incentives and social gatherings made this one of the most fun places to work I've ever been employed with.
Good benefits - similar to federal benefits - but low pay.
Hard to move up within the company as there were few openings other than the call center. Most people liked their jobs and there was not a lot of turnover.
Pros
nice offices and nice benefits. annual bonuses.
Cons
low pay and difficulty with advancement.
