No breaks. They expect perfection. Doing your best is never good enough.
Mangers only care about themselves. You get punished for everything. Oh can't sell donations= two table sections! Don't have enough email sign ups= double silver wear! What in the world is that
The reason if my doctor tells me because of health reasons
I did work there and it was horrible. They would not provide me a break and sometimes I was there for over 8 hours. My managers were rude and on a high horse. One occasion I asked a manager for help and her response was "im not your slave!". When I took the issues to my General Manager it went in one ear and out the other. There was a lot of empty promises made, this was the worst place ive ever worked and ive been waitressing/bartending for 13 years.
I would keep my job as a second job.
Just tired of being there.
