Assisting customers with finding employment to become self sufficient.
DBA Interfaith of the Woodlands (Current Employee), Houston, TX –
I am currently working in the Tracking Specialist department. In this department we input customer's information such as participation hours; request support service such as gas vouchers, check request, etc. I am currently being training to set up child care for customers, which consist of calling daycare centers to set up care. I have worked at this – more...  agency for 10 years with overall 17 years experience. I am a team player with lots of people skills. – less

horrible phone job, too many sad stories
Customer Service Rep (Former Employee), san antonio, tx –
Pros: great benefits package. very affordable
Cons: its a phone job
on the phone all day long with call after call. the time clock is your headset. all breaks and lunches start from the moment your finger presses the offline button. simple work, but very annoying calls sometimes. its hard to explain the laws and policies regarding unemployment of the state of texas to the average person.

Know what your outcome is before taking this path
Fedl Recruiter/Transition & Business Consultant (Current Employee), Houston, TX –
Pros: great owners
Cons: lots of government tape to wade through
Great place to learn if you are in the earlier stages of your career. Not a lot of room to advance or make more money, but there are plenty of unilateral moves.

Business Service Recruiter (Former Employee), Lubbock, Texas –
This job has got to be the best job I have ever had. Talking to business employers and connecting them with the right candidate for the job is so rewarding. I just wish I could have transferred when I relocated to the Dallas Ft. Worth Area.
