on the phone all day long with call after call. the time clock is your headset. all breaks and lunches start from the moment your finger presses the offline button. simple work,but very annoying calls sometimes. its hard to explain the laws and policies regarding unemployment of the state of texas to the average person.

They help a lot of people get work.Although I was only a volunteer the people treated me very well.

Great place to learn if you are in the earlier stages of your career. Not a lot of room to advance or make more money, but there are plenty of unilateral moves.

Company is very considerate of employees and their needs when an employee is having problems. Managers listen to employee when they are having issues.

This company strives on providing quality, efficient, and timely services to residential customers as well as employers in the area of Employment Services and Unemployment Services.

I was alwaying growing in my knowledge with this agency. I enjoyed the people and was content in all my responsibilites. It was a quality kind of place to work.

This job has got to be the best job I have ever had. Talking to business employers and connecting them with the right candidate for the job is so rewarding. I just wish I could have transferred when I relocated to the Dallas Ft. Worth Area.
