While the company was under the original leadership it was an incredible place to work. The work of individuals was valued and the dedication to employees was never questioned. When the old leadership left, the parent company instituted leadership that immediately cut the company in half due to "efficiencies." Morale plummeted and they have no been able to recover. Benefits were grossly cut, resulting in an effective decrease of compensation neighboring in the 10k area. It was awful.
