Day started with the list of work assigned by the office manager and additional work by other colleagues.
Wide grasp of Administration duties such as attention to detail, multi tasking, answering phone calls, maintaining the diary of the office manager, organising work such as lunches, parties, transport, Preparing budgets.
Management was friendly – more... and warm.
Co-workers were more like a team and had so much of respect among the team. Was easy to complete tasks with such a understanding.
I loved that job. But sometimes there were 2 or 3 lines ringing at the sometime and coordinating the calls were a bit challenging.
I loved the challenges faced cause I learnt that Administration is the heart of any organisation. Also, got to learn every aspect of the organistaion well. – less
