This position is a key leadership role for the Attic. It is a senior management position, reporting to the Executive Director (ED) with dotted-line to the Executive Board. It is a hands on leadership role that will integrate all of the business and operations aspects of the organization for the purpose of supporting the mission of the school and the staff including all finance, facilities, fundraising, HR, and investor relations.

- Our ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience, in a similar role, in the non-profit or private sector, preferably in education.
- Bachelors degree in Finance
- Excellent people skills and experience collaborating with a CEO or Executive Director in a support role to successfully further the mission of an organization.
Compensation: $50,000-$75,000 DOE Benefits: Health, retirement, 6 wks vacation (two at Christmas, One Winter Break, One Spring Break, Two Weeks At Will), a lot of job satisfaction watching children thrive due to the Attic's programs and community of dedicated staff and volunteers.
