Pros: great benefits great people
Cons: low pay for amount of work
Very good place to work, I have enjoyed my time with this company and if hired internally to a position that would better suite my lifestyle I would stay. However, casework is a very time consuming difficult position that does not pay very well.

Great place to work but the pay is low.
Residential Treatment Specialist (Former Employee), Normal, IL –
Pros: great people
Cons: pay isn't equal to the amount of work.
The babyfold is a great place to gain experience in the social service field but I wouldn't count on making it a long term career.
