Loss Prevention Investigator (Current Employee), Brampton, ON –
Pros: good experience
Cons: long hours sometimes
I have learned many things on an investigator level which is exactly what I need to further my career. The co-workers are nice and easy to take too. There really isn't anything hard about this job because if you know what you're doing you are fine. The most enjoyable part of this job is the adrenaline rush you get when you are about to make an arrest.

Great Environment and productive associates.
Department Head ` (Former Employee), Queen Street. Down Town. Toronto. –
Pros: i was famous.
Cons: no man power.
I loved working at The Bay, yet it all fell apart when the company was taken over by an American. Lots of job losses came and my team was dropped from 14 down to 4 people. My work load got extensive as I had 2 floors to manage. The day I quit; they had made me manage 3 floors. I already had warned them that I was spreading too thin and there's no benefit – more...  to me. – less
