Go to work everyday and check daily stats. Make sure store is clean and make sure that i understand the sale going on at the time. Always make sure to have an upbeat attitude to greet customers and help them with the purchased.

Busy work place required multi tasking skills. Increased skills as an administrative assistant.

Immature management, childlike rules, if sick you must get a note from your doctor. No excuses for tardiness, at all. Had to ask the management for key to unlock the chain on fridge. Management had access key for discounting product and were not easily found, creating problems in customer service. Making them wait, until convenient to themselves, thought – more...  themselves to be of greater importance than staff. Over staffed at times, customers felt crowded in and uncomfortable, they have a 20 foot rule, that if a customer you have greeted and let them walk around to shop for items they are looking for, another rep can walk up to them and take over, even though the customer has said they want to walk around for a while by themselves. Other places the reps will usually ask the people if they have been helped. Bad rule. On the good side, the Brick usually had stock within 3 day shipping. That was good, sometimes damaged though. – less

I was looking for a part time delivery job and found the Brick was very accomodating with my hours and availability. Money was great for a part time job as well.....must like physical labour however.

Was my first experience working as a sales consultant, and glad I chose the brick. I enjoyed working and helping others.
