Been with TBB for 2 years.
Pros: Positive experience overall, good bonuses. Room to grow as an individual. Hourly wage for average worker above average, but white collar workers earn below average salary except for executive level (duh). Overall good daily culture at office.
Company consistently under balls on white collar salary and you need to negotiate. Company slow to hire additional help, expects professionals to pick up the slack on jobs not hired for but doesn't pay extra for your 55-65 hour week if you're white collar professional on salary. They don't invest in talent, they're lucky turnover isn't higher. Good place to get a start while company is growing, a lot of room to learn and build a reputation but don't expect to be paid for the value you create. Come here, stay for 2-3 years, then go somewhere else where you'll be paid 75% more.
