Mostly my interview went so well. One of the job manager met me he just saw my smile and hire me that was my interview with one . The other companies were pretty easy interview.

I currently work at the Cheesecake Factory in Pleasanton as a busser. Bussers do get tips but obviously servers get much more tips. Lunch shifts you approximately get like $30-$45 on weekdays. On weekends lunch shifts you get from $60-$85. & dinner shifts of course you get much more tips esspecially weekends uuff.

It depends on the Manager, honestly. I know some base their decisions off of work performance, but not everyone is innocent from playing favorites.
