When I started at The Children's Place it has a different manager, and that manager saw my potential and took me on his wings. He made every single day fun no matter what the circumstances in the store and the tasked at hand. He made it fun that we don't feel our feet and legs hurting. He also pushing us to do more than we can that we thought we can't do ourselves. But when the District Manager change, our manager left and look for another company that will appreciate him more and the job his doing. So the The Children's Place manager change to 3 times in the store where I worked. The first time, they didn't even give us any manager but we are making the goal and they are not even happy for the goal we made. Then they gave us a manager and they didn't gave her a chance to manage the store. Then, the third manager she thought she knew everything and change the whole idea of the store and later and change it back of what the store wants. She also choose the people she wants to give hours and set the older workers aside and give them like 4 or 5 hours and give the new hired workers more hours. The old hired workers trained the new hired workers. It became dragging after that, its not fun to work anymore. It became stressful and not enjoyable. and 4-5 hours will not feed the person.
