Position Title: IT Business Analyst Enterprise Service Manager

Reports To: Director of IT Business Analysis and Testing Services

Supervises: IT Business Analysts

Job Summary:

The enterprise service manager understands the needs of our organization and our business partners, insuring that business requirements needed for projects are accurately captured and creating and maintaining standards for this group. Work closely with project, resource and service managers to enable project delivery and support professional development of staff resources.

Responsibilities:

establish goals, objectives and priorities for IT Business Analysis and Testing Services
act as a positive influence for change within the organization
possess a high level of understanding of applications within the business units and able to understand their dependencies and risks
display a knowledge of industry-specific trends that impact the service area
negotiate priorities and maintain communication with customers
assist with managing associate resource assignments and providing associate feedback to resource manager
perform strategic work and resource planning across IT directorship
manage processes, procedures and methodologies and serve as a consultant to projects as a stakeholder in development
establish and maintain a budget for consulting work, tools for supporting service and maintenance contracts,
able to manage multiple technical areas
participate in interview and selection process of new team members
create and produce management reports

manage multiple tasks simultaneously
manage and mentor Service Managers and Business Analysts
demonstrate experience with planning and budgeting
Technology:
Qualified candidates have a basic understanding of:

software development life cycle
requirements gathering tools
Microsoft Office suite of products
Experience

IT leadership experience with demonstrated skills in planning, organizing, goal setting, and staff direction on technical projects
five or more years of business analyst experience
