Job Summary:
The Cincinnati Life Insurance Company is seeking life field sales representative trainees to be part of a 12-18 month life sales representative development program located in our Fairfield, OH location. Upon completion of the development program, associates would relocate to one of the following field territory locations, where they would work out of their home offices.

Qualified candidates must be willing to relocate to any of the following states:
-California
-Iowa
-Michigan
-Texas
-Virginia
-Wisconsin

Responsibilities:

  • grow life insurance premiums in assigned territory
  • serve as the primary Cincinnati Life contact for agencies in your assigned territory
  • act as the subject matter expert in all areas of life insurance products and services
  • promote life insurance products and services in your territory
  • develop, maintain and grow productive business relationships in your territory
  • assist agencies with marketing of Cincinnati's products and services

Skills:

  • the desire to grow as a business professional specializing in life insurance
  • the ability to obtain a solid knowledge of Cincinnati Life's products and services
  • the ability to establish excellent working relations with headquarters associates, field associates and agency personnel

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • The capacity and willingness to commit to relocating to a field territory in 12-18 months
