Terragon Developers is a commercial development company based in The Woodlands, TX.
We are a small, fast-growing company operating in an exciting area in The Woodlands & involved with the growth activities going on in the community.
Our head office has four offices and a reception area. So, it's a small group to take care of.
We are looking for somebody that has the following skills:
- good communication skills
- great customer service
- file management
- bilingual (Spanish / English)

That can do the following:
- filing & invoicing
- handle payments
- expenses reports
- some accounting support
- support the president of the company
- manage meeting room appointments
- attend to office visitors
- handle incoming phone calls
- purchase office supplies
- handle incoming & outgoing mail
Education & Experience Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a president's assistant
- 2 years experience running a receptionist's office
- 2 years co-ordinating filing support to the IRS
- any management education
