The people who work there are nice. Some are phony, especially the Buffalo, NY employees, but overall I had very little trouble with staff until it was time to train them on things they didn't feel they should be learning. Then they get mad at you, even though you're only doing what you were instructed to do.

It was fun, if you don't count having to listen to children get screamed at outside of your office, or called "crybaby" or told to "be a man.. men don't cry.", or standing in the hall during an observation while watching the teacher leave several children unattended, or walking into a classroom to find the same teacher lying on a cot, on her phone, while the children were napping. (Reported all of this and nothing was done). Be prepared for that too. Seeing things and telling, only for absolutely nothing to be done.

Again... Good luck!
