Bad corporate culture, high turnover, bad reputation
Accountant (Former Employee), BostonJuly 1, 2014
Pros: close to the subway
Cons: too many to mention
Very hostile corporate culture, they do not encourage innovation and hard work and advancement in the company. There is extremely high turnover at all levels of the company and hence the level of expertise is quite low. They are really viewed as the bottom of the barrel in the housing industry and I would not recommend working there, use only as a last resort.

Terrible place to work, horrible management
Property Manager (Former Employee), Providence, RIFebruary 13, 2014
TCB is by far the worst place I have worked or ever heard of anyone working at. The Property Management group is clueless and headed by a guy who never managed a property in his life. The turnover is astronomical because they always blame the site managers for lack of systems and the mistakes of senior management. The terrible Property Management is surpassed only by the god-awful Asset Management group. With several properties in bankruptcy the AM team is clueless and has had several directors in recent years who don't can't figure out how to break properties even. The new CEO is in over his head and has surrounded himself with yes men. This place has no future and is not a place you want to work at.

The days working there was stressful.I learn alot working there as a maintenace technician.Mangerment didnt have a clue what was going on at this company.I had some good co-workers and bad ones also.the hard part of working was dealing with the residents. The most important thing about the job was,I like what I was doing as a maintenace technician...Repairing,replacing,removing items, cleaning the grounds and on call..
