It was a panel interview. Administration is really stern and aggressive with questions during interview process. Seems PREJUDICE

They are extremely rude and arrogant during the face to face interview. They ask what you know about the company, if you read their programs (actually expected to recite and describe), why you want to work there, if you understand billable hours (eyes rolling-meaning they want 7 billable hours and commute time does not count-I been there with another company which means days are long), what type of environment you work best in and which you don't work best in. The team leaders are cold and chick from HR is extremely condescending. Team leader for Hartford county is extremely arrogant. One barely acted she wanted to shake my hand (did not see much diversity of any kind in this office). ITS NOT AN INTERVIEW ITS AN INTERROGATION! I wouldn't accept a position here if it it was the last job on earth!
