Referral and Authorization Coordinator (Former Employee) – Phoenix, AZ – March 6, 2018
Great place to work if You do not need to insure your family. Insurance is expensive. Most supervisors know the positions well because they try to hire within. I would still be there is it was not for the pricey health insurance.

Director (Current Employee) – Phoenix, AZ – December 14, 2017
The CORE Institute has highly engaged and capable leadership that demands the same of its employees. I have enjoyed the challenge of working here and keeping up, and have felt rewarded by great experiences and mentoring.
Demanding leadership, mentoring available, leaders will be honest if you aren't cutting it.
Leaders will be honest with you if you aren't cutting it.
Patient Care Coordinator (Former Employee) – Phoenix, AZ – December 4, 2017
It was very busy, a call center for an orthopedic practice. I learned working in a call center you get a lot of different calls where you have to know what your doing at all times in order to give the correct information. The most enjoyable part of the job was to be able to assist with providing the patient on the phone or the person calling the appointment that they need or provide excellent customer service.
Lead Medical Assistant to Dr William Kesto (Current Employee) – Novi, MI 48374 – November 25, 2017
My experience at the CORE Institute has been rewarding at first but over time the fight to be properly managed in clinic with my surgeon has been a loosing battle. I'm solely responsible for managing up to 45 patients and the flow of clinic with not much help unless I go and ask people to help which I shouldn't even have to do. Other surgeons get help through their clinics I'm not sure as to why mine does not this causes me to be completely overwhelmed at times which does not allow me to do my job as well as I could. I am not being paid the pay I should be with the very high amount of responsibilities I am responsible for on a daily basis. From my surgeon I have learned a ton and I appreciate him very much so but the corporation itself does not value its Lead MA's like they should its ridiculous.
manage your own time
not enough pay and not enough support, no job advancement
