Worked in the main grille area of the club for the very private membership of its members. Thrived in a five-star setting while being a part of the success of the 1999 Ryder Cup Matches in which food and beverage had an amazing revenue experience. Many private events for members and their families were a success due to the focus and preparation of myself and my team of co-workers. I worked closely with the F&B manager and a daily basis with inventory, stock and event planning. It was extremely enjoyable to be a part of such an exclusive, beautiful and historical venue.
