Great place to grow
Interim Sous Chef/ Lead line cook (Current Employee), Richmond, VAApril 21, 2015
The CCV is a great place to learn and grow no matter what department you work in. There are innumerable opportunities there if you are willing to apply.

A Nice Starting Job for High School Students
Golf Cart Attendant (Former Employee), Richmond, VAOctober 13, 2014
Not a bad starting job where people skills are needed. The job requires a variety of other skills that you don't necessary need to have before starting but can learn as you continue working throughout the summer with other like-minded workers.

Unprofessional atmosphere
Bartender (Former Employee), Richmond, VAMay 5, 2014
Pros: free lunch
Cons: the negativity
I was treated with disrespect by the clients. CCV is a private club for rich people, who have no regard for the staff and, management isn't much better...they do cater to the whims of money.
