District Manager (Former Employee) – Waterloo, IA – February 11, 2016
Working at the courier the Zone Management level is where an employee wanted to be. I started out as a part-time district manager and quickly was promoted to the Zone Manager position. I contracted about 500 carriers my five years there and was there for my carriers. Management level was awesome, working with others doing the paperwork and advancing to the next level was everyone's focus. The Courier hit a low when the Stock Market crashed in 2008-2009 so they let a lot of employees go and which made the focus of the other managers lose site and find employment elsewhere.
Mailer (Current Employee) – Findlay, OH – December 30, 2013
The Courier has always been a good place for me. I started working here at the age of 18 and still work here today. The problem I have with the Courier is the opportunity to grow in your career. Findlay is a small city and the Courier does not offer a lot of good networking connections.
Friendly staff, resides in a nice, safe and clean city, family owned, solid management
