Quality Coordinator/Project Assistant needed to coordinate, manage, and report quality metrics related to customer and/or stakeholder feedback for clients. High integrity individual with strong work ethic, pc skills, analytical work experience, and willingness to work on a wide range of activities (mostly on pc) and with strong telephone communication skills (for surveys and/or research). Must be able to balance and organize multiple projects from within office. Role also assists with internal QA and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and security standards.
