Typical day for me:
Get in around 7:30 - 8 am.
Work from 8ish to about 9:30 - 10 on the day's needs.
Meetings from 10-1:30
Inhale lunch from 1:30 - 1:45 while doing work needed for meeting at 2
Meeting from 2-4:30
Try to finish up notes
Impromptu meeting at 5 - 6
try to finalize notes from any part of the day
Holy cow its 7
If there is any energy left, try to prepare for tomorrow from 7-8, 830
This 'routine' was typically 3-4 days a week, with the 5th being slightly shorter meetings.
Work / Work balance is exceptional, work/life balance not so much.
