The Doctor’s Channel Digital Marketing Specialist will lead digital marketing initiatives for The Doctor’s Channel, a video-centric website that brings medical and scientific information to doctors and other health care professionals in a short, interesting, and concise manner.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will envision and execute digital marketing programs that operate efficiently and obtain the desired results. They will be responsible for email marketing, social media, SEO/paid search, and digital analytics. The Manager will develop, manage and optimize digital marketing programs and strategies.
The ideal candidate has experience building an online subscriber base of health care professionals, has knowledge of health care community outreach, and is familiar with Continuing Medical Education programs. Other skills needed for future success in this position are exceptional project and time management, good verbal and written communication skills, strategic thinking, and a strong desire to contribute to the overall advertising and promotion of The Doctor’s Channel.
i. Manages digital marketing programs, including email campaigns, search engine marketing, social media presence, online content development and other revenue-generating campaigns
ii. Consolidates metrics and provides ongoing reporting and analytics to senior level management, and provides guidance for program optimization
iii. Creates customer segmentation groups for focused targeted digital marketing based on customer profiling
iv. Gathers and shares competitive insights related to marketing strategies by targeted competitors and recommends marketing strategies to counter or offset competitor marketing moves bas
