Pros: successful placement of youth rewarding
Cons: no support from management, anti employee, hostile environment
Typical day stressful with unrealistic goals.Youth hard to place in positions. Co-workers narcisistic , combative. Management unsupportive. I learned members of management have deeply rooted issues that should be addressed.Workers in need of mental/addiction interventions.
