A typical day of work would consist of restocking the bar with any beverages that was needed for the guest. I really learned how to be a fast server and how to maintain an order in a timely fashion. The management was great but there was just no room for advancement. AS for the co-workers at the place I was the only guy at bar. Everyone that worked there was female bartenders and I was the only male. They were great people and very kind to me. Especially since I was controlling 3 bars at once. That’s a total of 10 bartenders. The hardest part was the cleaning part. Cleaning the bottles, the tables, sweeping and mopping the floor. It was a lot of cleaning. The best part of the day was being able to interact with so many different type of people. Was a great experience and would love to own a bar myself one day.
